This Woman's Work

So Toni & I were watching She's Having a Baby on TV this evening. And on came the montage scene with Kate Bush's This Woman's Work. As far as montages set to music go, this has got to be one of the most emotional I've ever seen. There's just something so beautiful and emotionally truthful about that scene:

The scenes used in the montage of the film are all these fun memories the two main characters have shared but they are moments that are so true to life that many of us have shared moments that are at least similar, if not the same.

Kate Bush is a real powerhouse of a writer. Checkout some of her videos on youtube, good stuff!

She's Having a Baby??? Oh man - you've got the Wannabe Daddy Fever.

You know, working in hospitals - I've seen several people get some very bad news. It's tough to see.
